Jon himself is a fully qualified electrician to the latest regulations approved by the NICEIC, is an approved contractor and has been for over 12 years. His great attention to detail and determination to always provide the best standard of work means he is always in high demand with new and repeat customers. His loyal customers know the value of an honest reliable electrician and this is why he has a great deal of customers who will only use him for all their electrical needs.
His father Frank Jackson helps manage the work and he himself being from and Managing and business minded career this has and continues to be an extremely valuable asset to the company, especially now in his retirement. The office is run by Jon’s three sisters Yannika, Joanne and Courtney. All three have vast experience in accounts and office work and offer the quickest response, support and help to customers questions and enquires. As a close knit family they pride themselves on the very best customer service.
Even Jon’s mum, Sharon, plays a role with the family business in distributing flyers and publications for the company and from time to time she even gets a hand with this from the grandchildren.
